4 Ways to Make Instant Noodles Healthier



Although it tastes good and often addictive, consuming instant noodles regularly is not beneficial to health. Various studies have proven that the eating habits of instant noodles cause a person more susceptible to hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.

1. Do not put all seasonings

3. Limit your intake of food in a day
