How to Breathe Right and Healthy

Not a few people who underestimate how to breathe. In fact, breathing in a good and right way is the most effective way to prevent dangerous diseases.

Simply put, breathing can be defined as the activity of inhaling oxygen and removing carbon dioxide.

  • Inhale oxygen
The inhaled oxygen will be circulated by blood throughout the body. This allows the body to do the 'burning' process, so that the cells and all body tissues can function normally.

  • Issues carbon dioxide
Exhaling makes you remove carbon dioxide from the body. This carbon dioxide is the remnants of 'burning' that is no longer needed by the body.

Because of these functions, breathing well and correctly becomes an important thing that you should know. This is because breathing well and properly can make you avoid chronic lung disease, heart disease, or other dangerous diseases.

Then, how to breathe properly and correctly?

1. Do not breathe too fast or fast
The number of normal breathing in adults is 16-20 times per minute. If you breathe less or more, hyperventilation is inevitable.

Hyperventilation is the decrease in the amount of oxygen that enters and the amount of carbon dioxide that comes out. This causes a narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain. In the end, you will feel the sensation of tingling in the fingers, floating or even lost consciousness.

2. Do not draw breath from mouth
The nose has a filter in charge of filtering the incoming air, while the mouth is not. If you inhale from the mouth, then dust, germs, or harmful bacteria will more easily enter the body. As a result, you are more susceptible to bacterial infections, or even more dangerous diseases.

Watching how to breathe does seem trivial. But know that this activity is the key to having an essential body health. Therefore, improve your breathing from now on, so that dangerous diseases hesitate to perch.
